Thanks everyone for all the forms. They have helped me a lot on my first solo as SM.
Attached is a PDF of a
scene progress chart that I put together. I simply shade in appropriate boxes as the scenes are polished and secure. It is helping me to keep track of course and comes in handy when hammering out next weeks rehearsal schedule. Our show, "Sullivan and Gilbert" opens in 29 days and nothing is polished yet!!
