Students and Novice Stage Managers / When to take HS off your resume

I've heard that generally, after your sophomore year of college, it is a good idea to consider removing high school credits from your resume. Not that high school experience isn't important; often students gain a lot of knowledge and experience in high school. I took mine off gradually as I got more experience at the college level, transitioning to simply listing highlights, and then omitting my high school altogether. Does anyone have any thoughts about when it stops being appropriate or relevant information? What about college experiences?
