This is my prop tracking sheet...prints on landscaped legal size paper so heads up...just the first page of what I use. Formatted in Numbers. Attached in .pdf format.

This is my first time tracking all the practical props so extensively. In the past I havent needed this much detail for a play; however, I found that this gave me some interesting insight. It's very handy when you are skipping around a lot and want to track where a large amount of stuff has ended up. Handy but not often needed.

What does the column "source" refer to?

I'm a little late to this, but I imagine it would be for tracking borrowed props from other theaters or individuals.  That's how I would use it, anyway.  :)
