I work mostly with Vista, although, most people at Syracuse Stage are still on XP

Word (for 90% of what I do)
Excel
Publisher (making business card-sized performance calendar/emergency #s cards)
PowerPoint (we have a company-wide PowerPoint presentation for the designs of each show in the first couple of days that the SMs here help put together)
Outlook (it's how we communicate and schedule in the building)
MegaWatch
Windows Media Player

I'm on a Mac.

Programs I've used while SMing:

Word
Adobe Acrobat
Excel
Final Draft
Adobe Audition (runs with Parallels)
Q Lab
Adobe Photoshop
iCal - my saviour
Gmail (not a software, but it's pretty much amazing)
iMovie (we had to make a movie of our show in 1 hour!)
Photo Booth (we taped rehearsals so that the AD could transcribe it)
Stickies (great for quick notes during rehearsals)
Generic downloaded from "teh intrawebs" Timer
iWeb (For my website)

I'll think of more later.

I work on XP Pro at work and Vista at home. Compatibility is fun. :)

Word/Excel
Macromedia Dreamweaver
Printmaster
Paint Shop Pro (the pre-Corel version)
Adobe Audition
Notepad
Rhapsody

I used to have a really awesome freeware calendar software, which was lost in a computer transition and whose name and location have completely escaped me. :(
At the theater I'm with currently, we use Office Tracker, but it's not particularly useful for my purposes...

I just got a Mac, and I really don't use that much software specifically for SMing.

I do use:

Excel, for 90% of my paperwork
Word, for the other 10%
iCal
iTunes, for running sound cues in rehearsal
iChat, for keeping in touch between rehearsal spaces

And, I LOVE Expose and Spaces.  Helps keep everything organized when I've got a million things open at once.

Imail(hooedup to my Gmail, work email, hotmail, and few other email i rarely use)
Itunes( if the Director wants a tempo or something right away, i got gazillion of sound effects/musics on my 500GB External Harddrive)
Vectorworks (within next 2 weeks, the Department is getting 10user CD from the VWorks)
Google Sketchup(quick Drawing apps, if you dont to buy a 600-2,000 dollar program it can read saved file made by Vectorworks (DMG), http://sketchup.google.com/ )

if any wireless then the following applies:

I use Vista:

Word (for callboard notices, rehearsal reports, etc.)
Excel (For EVERYTHING ELSE, lol.....scene breakdowns, props lists, contact sheets, cue sheets, etc.)
Google Calendar
CADD (although the faculty designers that I work with @ school use vectorworks...that's fine for the ground plan that I work from, as long as i don't have to use the programs myself.  CADD makes more sense to me...vectorworks is too object based for my brain).
MS OneNote (a savior)
Windows Journal (for scribbling notes during meetings and rehearsals (I use a tablet PC))

May I ask what you use OneNote for?  I've also got a hybrid tablet PC (converts from laptop mode to tablet mode) that I bought specifically for Stage Managing.  When I was in college I did an independent study course where I experimented with, among other things, Microsoft OneNote and potential stage management applications.  I found a lot of useful features, however my conclusion that it was a bit too labor intensive and cumbersome to make it worthwhile.  Perhaps you have found a better way to use it - please enlighten me!
