prompt book

Who gets the prompt book at the end of a run.  The director asked for it and so did the producer.  Who does it belong to?

In an AEA setting, the prompt book typically stays with the producer, but I don't know of any rules that would prevent you (or the producer) from also giving the director a copy.

We have another thread on a similar topic that you may want to look at:

I quote Matt Shiner (if I may) from a previous thread:

"As far as a director asking for a prompt book, I would ask them to ask the production management for a copy.  I would not give it out."

I completely agree.  It is up to the Producer/Theatre to decide who gets a record of the production.
