Those of you who have been in on AEA negotiations, are there any books that you would recommend that someone who hasn't before read to  prepare for a contract negotiation?

I presume you are talking about an individual negotiation.  What is the size of the theatre?  What contract are they under? How many seats?

If you are talking about being part of a negotiating committee for an entire contract ie SPT, LORT, etc, I can't help you.

Good Luck!
