So, scheduling is the bane of our existence, right?
Scheduling takes more time than the meeting your scheduling for.
It's complicated and messy and annoying, right?

Not with whenisgood.net

It's my favorite tool for scheduling meetings.  You simply select the time period (for example, September 1st to September 8th) and the times of day (8 a.m to 10 p.m, for example).  Then you email the link to the participants, they paint the times they're available, and here's the best part:

The website will put together that data and tell YOU when everyone is available for the meeting!  It's magic!

What's your favorite website to utilize as a stage manager?

I dunno, I think if you're in the industry you have to like scheduling. :)

I actually mentioned the site you recommend back in Feb 2013.

In fact, since you're new... you might want to check that post out for an idea of how to suggest a link without doing a hardsell. We have to sell a lot of sketchy concepts to artists in this business so it's good you're practicing the technique. However, it's not really necessary to work quite so hard to get your point across around here.

Don't have much call to what my favorite tool-type site would be nowadays. It's been a while.
