2- Please ensure that there is a dedicated kitchen space, including a refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, DISHWASHER, and basic kitchen implements available for prop food prep. This should be a space separate from the green room kitchen, where no one will forget their leftovers for 3 weeks, where no one would ever dare to eat any food stored there, where the sink is never used for cleaning paintbrushes or dumping mop buckets, and where no one from concessions or catering or hospitality would dream of storing food for their events. This kitchen is stocked with frequently-used and useful items like tea and food coloring, funnels, a bottle-capper, and lots of tupperware, and is cleaned as part of the strike of every show.

My last theatre had this (except the stove).  It was brilliant...

If the URSTC has two-show days, there will be enough time between the shows for the SMs and crew to reset and have a full hour dinner break. The DSM will not reset on stage and then walk through to the green room, rummage in the fridge for their sandwiches, and then stand up and shout to those in the room, 'This is your fifteen-minute call'.

The URSTC will not perform panto. Ever.

All library and archival facilities will be "done" once a year by a qualified person. They will dispose of any materials which are no longer relevant (do we really need seven copies of the 1979 operating budget?), organize and sort the rest, ensure that the system of storage is neat and accessible, and make recommendations for improving the facility. (i.e: "If you can't get rid of any of this stuff, you're already over capacity for a room of this size: either find a second room, or get an off-site storage facility for the items you only access on an irregular basis.)

1- Please make all of the folding tables & event chairs stable and easy to store, transport, and stack, and most importantly, LIGHT WEIGHT.
And please make all of the folding tables the same size. (Or at least compatible sizes. Or store the different sizes in different storage rooms. Or something.)

Anyone who enters the building while wearing any kind of perfume or cologne will be stripped, showered, and dressed in a fauntleroy suit in an unflattering colour, at least two sizes too small. If they want to stand out, they get to do it on our terms.

Any and all outdoor events will have perfect weather from load-in through load-out, and experience no untoward interventions from animals.
