54 uses for Binder clips
« on: Jun 28, 2012, 09:52 am »
I found this on Pinterest the other day and I found it very interesting what some people have used them for.

so I pose this question what other interesting ways have you used binder clips for?

We're using the really massive jumbo-sized ones to dress our soft goods right now. No gator clips in sight and the two masking pieces won't stay together? Binder clips to the rescue!
You will have to sing for your supper & your mortgage, your dental coverage & your children's shoes, over & over again while people in desk jobs roll their eyes the minute you start to complain. So it's a good thing you like to sing.

I was really excited to post that I use mine for my cables and cords....but then I saw it was number 1 on their list. :(

But, it really does come in handy. My outlet is under my bed, and my bed is high, so I used to drop my cell phone charger all the time. It was annoying until I used a binder clip to clip it to the side of my headboard.

Works like a charm!

and the ability to manage them all.

I use them to hold pieces of paper to other pieces of paper.

I'm such a rebel.  ;)

One time, my front-clasp bra split while I was working. Mini binder clip was the most useful thing in my purse, no joke.
I personally would like to bring a tortoise onto the stage, turn it into a racehorse, then into a hat, a song, a dragon and a fountain of water. One can dare anything in the theatre and it is the place where one dares the least. -Ionesco

I wish I had thought of that! I've had this happen more times than I'd like to admit.

I use them as "Chip Clips."  Very handy for bags of chips, salads, etc.

Since my teen years, I have been a hat fanatic. I tend to have about 10-15 baseball caps in rotation at any given point in time. Binder clips either attached to a hanger, or screwed into a piece of 1x makes for a great hat rack.

I've used binder clips attached to a piece of cardboard to simulate a cue light box when learning to call a show.  Super nerdy?  Yes.  Super effective?  Absolutely.

Man, I thought I was unique when I was using medium binder clips to hold up my hair when hair ties and rubber bands were no where to be found.

I've used the large ones with tie-line to side stretch a cyc last minute.
