The short answer is yes.
I'm sure things of this nature have been covered before, but I'm mobile at the moment so navigating for me kinda stinks. Darn fat fingers!
But yes. Wrote everything down. You need to notate where the actors are onstage and when they move and where they move to. You'll need to keep track of props and where they enter and exit, how they're used etc. you'll need To make note of costume changes and how fast they may need to happen. You'll need to know what goes on backstage in terms of backstage tracks for crew members, cast and what not.
This is a very broad view of what you'll need to concern yourself with. There's plenty more, but don't let it intimidate you. It's a lot. But it's fun, and its very rewarding. Keep asking questions it's the second best way to learn. Best way: dive in the deep end and start swimming!
