Employment / Full Season Resident Stage Manager
« Last post by MackGTran on May 17, 2023, 09:44 pm »
I am currently in the process of negotiating a potential full-season staff SM position at an Equity TYA theatre in the Midwest.
The theatre is small, but does great work, and has a robust budget.
The job would entail quite a bit of additional admin, company management, and production-management tasks, as well as operating all the boards.

Any suggestions of things I should ask to include in the contract?

I think a bump above the AEA minimum is warranted for the extra duties, but how much is reasonable to ask?

Thanks!
