When I was a gymnast we swore by pro wrap- a stretchy, foam-like tape for holding ankles etc in place.

I have two goals for the year:

1) Continue to get healthier. I lost 24 pounds in 2012, mostly by eating smaller portions and exercising regularly. Now I need to start eating better foods (more fruit and veggies), in addition to start doing strength/core work. I did my first strength class on Saturday morning, and I *am* feeling it today.

What's your new years resolution (if you're into that sort of thing)?

Mine: eat breakfast every morning. Most important meal of the day, starts your metabolism, etc etc....but I rarely eat it.

Another one that I actually love: a rehearsal prop is a doofer. As in, it's not the real thing, but it'll doofer the time being.

This summer I had an ASM from NYU...she was in the Tech Track. I don't know an awful lot about it, but there's a place to start.

I can keep a multitool in my back pocket and do last-minute fixes and repairs. Can't do that with a photocopier.
