College and Graduate Studies / collages in germany.

I have no experience what so ever in sm but I'm more than willing to learn!
I've been all over the Internet trying to find nice German collages which teach sming and failed miserably. Can anyone help or recommend a nice college?
Will my lack of experience damage my chances of getting into the collage or finding a job during my studies?
