I was pretty clean for a current college student

The funny thing was that I participated in a couple of murder mysteries so everytime the word murder was mentioned it highlighted it lol

But otherwise I think I'm safe

Dear SM network:

My name is Megan Gaskin I am currently a college Communications student and stage managed "Rent" at Molloy College on Long Island. I love theatre and am interested in interning at a theatre in NYC this summer not stage managing but in the area of PR, marketing, special events, or even development. I was wondering if any working SM's in theatres in NYC are looking for interns in that area in their theatre or know of theatre looking for that college student interested in that area.

Hi I'm from the Long Island area but I want to shadow in NYC.

Anyone have any contacts at any shows in NYC broadway or off broadway?

I haven't shadowed before and don't know where to start.

Hey I just stage managed my first show "Rent" at my college.

It seemed that I just talked to everyone and made sure to get along with everyone. It depends on what type of person you are too. I'm the type that can get along with everyone and is nice to everyone.

I did stay out of gossip though.

I rarely had to yell or reprimand the only problem was keeping people quiet of course.
