Employment / reworking resume

Hi everyone.
I am really hoping I can get some advice. I am trying to rework my resume -- it is currently in a functional format to be able to apply for general management work. I am trying to get back into SM -- and have done the odd show over the last couple of years (when I was asked, and when it didn't coincide with being on tour with the artists I managed). So I have production sm, sm, asm, and touring sm (sm gigs that toured to different venues). I'm not sure how to list these. I had things chronologically, but should they be lumped together. I am really really confused and unsure how to go about getting back into it full time. HELP!
