Job Postings / 2013-14 Season - Stage Managers needed - Alabama Shakespeare Festival

Alabama Shakespeare Festival ( Geoffrey  Sherman, Producing Artistic Director) seeks seasoned stage managers for the 2013 -2014 season to manage our 750 seat main stage Festival Theatre and our 260 seat black box Octagon Theatre.  Season includes A CHRISTMAS CAROL, THE GREAT GATSBY, TWENTY SEVEN, THE TAMING OF THE SHREW, TIMON OF ATHENS, MARRY POPPINS and a New Play Festival.  Season begins November 8 and ends August 17.  Contracts vary from per show to season long.  Previous experience stage managing at a LORT theatre preferred.  ASF operates under a LORT C & D contract.
