Was totally unaware of CCM - although have taken a look at Irvine briefly - must have ruled it out for some reason in my initial search, but can't see why at the moment.   

UCSD is currently my top choice for 'non musical heavy'  although I think 'musical heavy' is the route I am heading at the moment.

Any current or alums of the UCI or CCM MFA programs?

Been exploring the websites of grad schools as well as this area of the site.  Really interested in pursuing an MFA, although looking for somewhere that has a focus on musicals - no luck so far.

Any suggestions?
