Well first thing is first. I'd read the script.
from there I'd create a contact list from the info that I did have and at rehearsal the following day I'd gather the rest of my information.
Start my prompt book.
After that, if I still had time I'd get the sound cues highlighted in my book so I could call them for the actors.
Then a good night's rest, because its going to be a long day.
