Students and Novice Stage Managers / Stage Management Seminar

Hello,
My school is going to State Acting Conference and I, having stage managed two productions at our school, have been asked to teach a seminar on how to stage manage. Now I am sure I can talk about stage management for the entire 45 minutes of the seminar but I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for topics that I shouldn't leave out. Please reply to this post with any suggestions for topics I should cover. Thanks.
