See? I told you! Binder is like the San Antonio Spurs: fundamentally so ery sound, but one of the least exciting teams in the league.
Their big superstar is nicknamed "The Big Fundamental." That's about as sexy as binders are: big yet fundamental.
But it keeps coming back for more. Sharpen, sharpen, sharpen. I can't imagine doing this job without a pencil.

I don't know....some of the smaller/cheaper theaters around here still have manual two-scene preset boards....

That reminds me, did anything ever come of that book club for the Nicholas Bracewell novels?
At TheatreworksUSA we create number lines for tour using the Poly Pro Webbing from Rosebrand, 2" thickness in black. We mark it every two feet with a piece of white gaff tape with the number on it. Quick and easy and definitely helps on the road when you are in a new space every day.
