I just got business cards last fall.  (And I already need to update them.)  I did not include my mailing address, but  that was just because I was / am very transient.  They just have my name, that I am a stage manager, my cell, and my email address.  I'm going to update them to include my AGMA affiliation and my website address.

I got them through vistaprint... I chose a patterns with turquoise swirlys on them and I'm very happy with them.  I like that they have some personality!  I find that I give them out all the time, and I think it's a really essential tool to getting myself out there.

I just came off a project where this was used.  It's very compact and can be effective.  We found it could have been more effective if we had had internet access in the room.  If that had been the case, we could have expected everyone to use it, and also been able to make updates during the day, instead of when we completed rehearsal.  All in all a really interesting and useful tool, if the design staff and cast get on board...
