I was wondering how other people have stage managed musicals with cues going off of the sheet music? Do you insert the music in with the script, or do you flip back and forth?  I just wantes opinions of what works better.

I would have a shakespeare language translator type thing in it with pronounciations and meaning of some of the odd words Shakespeare uses. It might be something you want to give the actors at the first rehearsal. I would go through the play and scene by scene make sure you know what is going on and what is needed in terms of requirements, etc.  It will help rehearsals out and any meeting you have with the design crew.

I am Sming Midsummer in the spring, so I'll be doing those things as well

I have enjoyed the Microsoft 2007 for many reasons, and don't like it for others, but as I format it in a way that I like, it's not so bad.  I just have to constantly remind myself to convert the doc so older versions can read it.  There are other things that I don't like about Vista, but I'm not getting into it
