Hey,
I posted this to "Topics" (not yet approved) before I finally tracked down the webboard (and then to my chagrin discovered there were links right on the home page! :roll:)
I'm looking for an acknowledgment form for the borrowing of prop/furniture/costume items from private people or businesses. We had one at uni when I was studying but I don't seem to have kept a copy of it. Basically it was a form which had the details of both parties, information on the object/s borrowed and replacement/purchasing cost to be paid in the event the item was damaged or lost.
Does anyone have a template like this I could adapt for our theatre?
Help appreciated!
(If no-one has such a form, suggestions on information I must not leave out if I create one from scratch would be FABULOUS)
