Introductions / HELP

Hello all!! I'm a student who wants  to expand my knowledge more in the theatre world! My passion are stage management and hair/makeup! I want to shadow different Broadway shows!! But I don't know how to approach that! I have read alot of people on here have had that opportunity, so I was wondering if I could get some help to direct me to the right place.
