Students and Novice Stage Managers / Schedule project

Dudes! I have to do a fake weekly and three daily schedules for the production Biedermann and the Firebugs.  All perfectly regulated, of course...I'm not asking for anyone to do my work for me, but having never made one before, and having to improvise an imaginary cast/crew....I don't know where to start! Please, I know I sound naive and inexperienced, and that's because I am.   Any advice?
