Tools of the Trade / Non-binders for actors for a reading

The director I am working for (for a reading) does not want the actors to have binders and to be more free in what they're holding (so possibly smaller as well). He wants to use something possibly in half size. So I am looking for ideas. The problem occurs in that we will be getting new music and script pages almost every day, so it can't be a permanent binding, but something more flexible. We're worried that the turn over for new pages is going to be to long (With re-sizing, cutting, and special punching). Thoughts?
