Tools of the Trade / Help Needed With Stand Lighting Console

Working in a space that has several productions going on simultaneously, we have hit an issue with the board. Turing it on this morning, a message came up on the computer modem that read "Something bad happened to your program, would you like to save a dump file?" I clicked "yes." It then told me that a dump file had been saved, giving me the location of the file in the computer.

Is there any quick fix to this? Does anyone know what might have happened?
