College and Graduate Studies / Minor in SM?

Im thinking about minoring in theatre/stage management. Will i be able to get a job without a degree?

Earlier this year (im a highschool senior) i assistant-stagemanaged our school musical, Thoroughly Modern Millie. All was well and good until our technical director (who was in charge of lighting, sound, moderating stage/run crew as well as calling the show - budget production =P) was arrested for sleeping with our assistant tech directer (go figure), a 16 year old student.
much offstage drama ensues.
