I am going to have to SM my sisters wedding here in a week.  She lives in Germany and I am in the States, needless to say there have been insanely long phone conversations already! Can anyone give some pointers? Any tips on simple things that I am most likely to forget?

I would appreciate any input!

yeah, Google Calendar pretty much saves my life!
slightly ackward at first, but once you get accustomed... it's great!

I'm searching for a checklist of duties or expectations of a PM/SM.  I am wearing both hats for an upcoming festival, and was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the subject. I have SMed for years, but never taken on the position of PM. If anyone has any forms, checklists, or suggestions, they would be most helpful!
