Hi,
My name is Emily McKenzie and I am a freshman at Ohio University (Athens Campus). I am working towards interviewing at the end of the year to get into my school's Stage Management Program.
I knew I wanted to work in the theater during my freshman year of high school and had decided on Stage Management during my sophomore year. I was the Assistant Stage Manager for my high school during my sophomore and junior years. I was named the Stage Manager my senior year.
I have already started working as an Assistant Stage Manager for my theater program in college. I worked on Machinal by Sophie Treadwell during my first semester as the 1st ASM and next semester I am the 2nd ASM for Stupid F*cking Bird by Aaron Posner. I loved working on Machinal very much and am very excited for my next show!
