Hello everyone!
Wow it took me TWO years to introduce myself here!
I joined this network two years ago when I was still a newbie in theatre, and after that I totally forgot the existence of this website...
Anyway, I'm Indonesian, but based in Singapore. I've been living in Singapore for almost a decade (next year is my 10th anniversary! Whooop whooop!) Currently living with my lovely cat (come on, who doesn't love cats?) I was first introduced to backstage when I was in my first year of art college and I have never turned back ever since. To me, backstage personnel is like the glue that holds the whole production together, the core parts that keep the machine going. And I absolutely love the thrill of sitting in front of your prompt book and calling the show.
Right now, I'm not too sure of the stage management community is like in Indonesia, but I do hope that one day I could stage manage a show back in my home country, and my wish is to create more collaboration platforms between Indonesia and other countries.
