New Blood!

Hey folks! I'm new to SMNetwork. Been stage managing now for 4 years with a local community theater. We mainly do Shakespeare and it's outdoors. However we do have an indoor space for the winter time. This was recommended to me by a friend on tumblr. I'm hear to learn, receive support, and advice!!!!

Welcome, Bonnie! 
I work in a community theater as well (though I have not done any Shakespeare to date) and this site has been invaluable to me.  Glad you have joined us and look forward to hearing from you in the future.

P.S. it is fun to browse through the boards, but a great feature is the search bar on the top right. Makes it quick and easy to find previous discussions on specific topics of interest.

Is it really weird that I just read the tumblr post on "what should we call stage management" and then popped right over here to see if anyone new signed up? I have both websites tagged so I read them every day.

I have a problem.

It's brought in 13 visitors, 130 hits so far.

And 6 new members - that's a new academy record! (2 of the new members are still pending email verification.)
