Morning!

I registered here as a class requirement, but after poking around a bit, I realized how great a resource you guys have made out of this site. I figured that I'd go ahead and start getting involved!
I'm still a student, and I don't think that I want to do SM'ing for a career, but I'm trying to learn something about every part of the craft I can get my hands on, so I'll be doing a bit of managing at the very least.
Hope to learn a lot from you guys.

Welcome!  Where are you studying? 

I wish I had been required to register for SMNetwork for my stage management class.  Tons and tons of great resources!

I'm studying at the University of Kentucky.
I'm thinking about going into carpentry, but I've decided to become a jack of all trades so as to be as employable as possible.
Therefore I'm taking everything I can get: lighting, sound, graphic design, effects makeup, costuming...whatever I can get my hands on. Or in. As long as I get my hands back, I'm okay. haha
