My name is Bethany and I am a Tallahassee, FL based stage manager. I attended University of West Florida for a year as a B.A. Theatre Design student and decided that I never wanted to be a designer again; however, now I am at Florida State University as a Public Relations major and have been stage managing for two theatres in the area over the past few months. Theatre truly is an addiction I can't break!
Right now, I am working with a 40-person cast of On the Town. It's definitely more than my eight-person cast of Moon Over Buffalo! After OTT, I will be stage managing Murder on the Nile. I joined this board to try and determine if I want to take the leap from community theatre to professional theatre, as well as learn new tricks of the trade.
