Hi, my name is Rachael. I'm from a rural area of Northern California and I have been doing comminity theater since before I could walk. I have stage managed a number of shows but I don't have any formal training. It seems that in my little corner of the world there are varying degrees of standards and expectations, as with all community theaters I'm sure, and I have set out to learn professional industry standards and to be a better SM. We are human after all and there is always room for improvement.
