Non-Union SM
« on: Nov 19, 2008, 01:41 pm »
Hello,

so I have been looking through the different options for working with Equity actors as a non-union sm, as far as I can tell, the only option for that is a Guest Artist contract? Is that correct? As long as there are less than 3 AEA actors of course.

Also, my brain now officially hurts after reading all about AEA.

Thanks!  ;D

If you are in NYC, the Showcase code allows for AEA actors/ non-AEA actors and either an AEA SM or non-AEA SM.

Also, many regional contracts allow for non-AEA ASMs.
