The real question is, what is the ratio of full-to-empty tequila bottles?

I call backstage at the ballet, but the console is mine and not the theaters. I decorate my console based on the holiday or show theme. It's draped in garland during Nutcracker, shows around Easter get Mrs. Potato Head dressed as a bunny... And we have a running gag since the fall of 2008 called The Jota Chicken. If we can't sneak him into a set piece or basket of flowers during a show, he sits on my console, adorned according to the ballet. His most recent outfit was a cummerbund and black tie for Puccini Songs.

:] We definitely add our personal touch.

Every year we color a flier of a show and paste it on the wall.We have the noose from Jesus Christ Superstar that we used, a ninja made out of tape on the wall, a  gaff tape ball, an A Team poster, animal crackers taped on the wall, christmas lights as our light to read our que sheets, um I make paper dolls of my crew during down time and finally Julius Caesars head..it was a statue made out of paper machae. We rub his head for good luck and he holds the stage managers headset on his head . (the stage managers headset is a little nicer than the others..)
Techies don't make mistakes...WE IMPROVISE!

I have Cue, the headset duckie who tours with me to ever booth.  He's adorable.

Love the duck, we've got a big fluffy duck that always ends up in our box. We also love stupid posters, favourites would be:

"Strictly no penguins in the box!" - A running joke that I am (somehow  :o) a penguin....

"if in doubt, use MORE gaffa"

"If it looks like a duck, and it smells like a duck, it's probably duct tape"
I find using technology to be particularly thrilling. You're always waiting for it to break.

Because I'm still in college, I only get to be in the booth during tech and performances, and I work in a lot of different venues, so I don't do a whole lot. I do, however, have a small blue stuffed lizard with magnetic paws that was given to me by my best friend, that lives wherever I do when I run a show. His name is Cue, and every new crew I work with learns pretty quick that if they come pet Cue before the show, they will have better luck.  ;)

I used to always add a show specific item to my booth until a production of The Seagull...I added Sergei the Seagull (a lovely stuffed seagull - a gift from the director) to my booth after Opening Night. We subsequently had the worst show of the run...actors went up on lines, props went missing, the samovar leaked onto the floor, the doors in the set would not stayed closed and one scene shift ended with walls reversed. We never had any of these happen during our runs prior to opening. As a result - Sergei was banished to the trunk of my car and was released in time for our strike party.

I've discovered a small buddha statue and a creepy cobra statue in the tiny booth i'm currently occupying left behind by a former occupant.  There's not really room for much else (at the moment, I'm calling the show with my script in my lap because there's no place else to put it....).. but I might look into something 2-dimensional for the walls that's a little more personal.
If Plan A didn't work... the alphabet has 25 more letters.

Haven't had a chance yet to decorate a booth (and certainly not yet with bottles) but all the stage managers and ASMs who share the production office manage to decorate each year in some way. We have a kinex man and show posters from the year on the celing, a corkboard for any important/fun info to share, a growling SM bear, a scooter, and post it notes everywhere. We also arrange/decorate our shelves however we want. Consequently, some of the objects begin to 'talk' via post its.

I always decorate everything.  My booth (or backstage calling station), my office, my first aid kit, my roadbox, everything.  Sometimes I decorate my decorations.

I am happy because I just got budget approval to paint my office at my new job.  I am planning a contest for the ASM's to design the color scheme!

I haven't had the chance to decorate my booth yet. I have, however, decorated my station with a pink pencil sharpener with a suction cup on the bottom and a small skull that was randomly sitting in the design lab. I call him "Little Yory" and when actors ask what's up with the skull, I grin and say "This is what happened to the last actor who didn't look over their line notes..." and then they ask, "He's kinda small, isn't he?" to which I reply, "He was a child actor...". I also have my shillelagh sitting in the corner.

I've recently returned to a theatre I haven't worked at in five years (though five years ago, I worked there very regularly.)  I was pleased to discover that the booth still has a few of my personal touches: the first three verses of Yertle the Turtle written on the ceiling (it's a very low ceiling; the SMs have a tendency to write and draw on it,) and a poster of Johnny Depp on the back of the door (from an actor who used to give me pictures of Johnny Depp as opening night gifts.)
It was kind of like coming home again.

Our SM console doesn't have much room for personal touches, but our A2 got us a sign from Alcatraz when you were in San Fran that reads "Cellhouse Rules:  Loud talking, shouting, whistling, singing or other unnecessary noises are not permitted".

Of course we posted that on the console :)
