Favorite Smoothie Recipes

Since it's now apparently part of the job for us to make smoothies (per "Smash") does anyone have any pointers or recipes they'd like to share with the rest of the class?

I'm only sort of kidding here.

Ingredients

1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
6 fluid ounces tequila
2 fluid ounces triple sec
Directions

Fill blender with crushed ice. Pour in limeade concentrate, tequila and triple sec. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

My breakfast recipe:

1 banana
1 cup kale greens
1/2 cup julienned bell peppers (I use green and red, any are extremely healthy)
1/2 cup grapefruit juice
1/2 cup frozen fruit
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt (blueberry is my preference, any works)
Handful of ice cubes

Blend.

I won a crazy fancy blender during a fundraiser raffle for the last show I did!

Spinach is a great add-in...adds a lot of vitamins without changing the taste (though it WILL change the color).
I personally would like to bring a tortoise onto the stage, turn it into a racehorse, then into a hat, a song, a dragon and a fountain of water. One can dare anything in the theatre and it is the place where one dares the least. -Ionesco

I love to take frozen strawberries, a banana and a little bit of milk and make a breakfast smoothie.

fruit

juice or milk (depending on the fruit).

Yogurt if you have (vanilla flavored is especially nice).

ice.

flavors if you are feeling wild.

My summer "go-to" is: Half a frozen banana, 1 c. soy milk, top with frozen raspberries, frozen blueberries and spinach. 
Because the fruit is all frozen, I rarely need to add ice and the frozen banana really helps thicken it up.

Here's also a few creative ones...  Tried the pumpkin but without the tofu...  Like a pumpkin pie, yum!
