Studying at the Master's Level
« on: Oct 14, 2009, 07:18 pm »
I am currently studying Musical Theatre in my undergraduate, and I have come to the realization, after taking the stage management course offered and working on my third production, that pursuing an MFA is my next step in higher education.

Obviously, when writing my personal statement, I want to stress the importance of music in my studies, and how it has been incorporated in my studies to become a more efficient stage manager. I am hoping to find a program, that does frequent musical theatre and opera productions.

This being said, is it absolutely far-fetched for me to think that I can work on my MFA and take Graduate level voice lessons at the same time? Can anyone with any experience at the Master's level give me some insight?
