Pre Production: Devised Theatre

I am in college studying to be a Stage Manager. I have been assigned to a devised piece this fall, and I have a production meeting in early August. Since there is no script, and nobody knows what the show will require technically, I am not sure what I need to bring to the production meeting. I am also stumped in the creation of a production schedule. Without a script, I can't create a Production Analysis, so I have no idea how to be prepared for this. I am so excited to be working on this show, and I don't want my first impression as the SM to be that I am unprepared. Are there any tips as to what I can do in the Pre Production period to be more prepared?
