I am not sure if someone had already posted something about this, I had a hard time finding it.

I was taught to create separate email addresses for each show that I do so as not to confuse anything or anyone.  Once is a show is over, I was told to create an automatic response email to inform whomever the show is over and they can contact me at a secondary email if need be.  I am having difficulty finding an example of what to write in the body of this email.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
