We've all read the other thread about how many times we've all stage managed, but how many times have you Stage Managed a particular play or musical multiple times. So far for me:

Vagina Monologues: Will be 4 times later this year. (Two different adaptations)
CATS: 2 Times (Both two different theatres in the same year)
A Christmas Carol: Will be 2 times starting this November (Same adaptation)

How about you?

Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead (twice)- once indoors, once outdoors!
Fame (twice)
I personally would like to bring a tortoise onto the stage, turn it into a racehorse, then into a hat, a song, a dragon and a fountain of water. One can dare anything in the theatre and it is the place where one dares the least. -Ionesco

I've done four consecutive years of A Christmas Carol.

3 different productions of Gypsy

3 tours of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe for Theatreworks

2 productions each of The Magic Flute, Carmen, West Side Story, Side Show, and Cabaret.

I think those are all my multiple credits.

High School Musical, twice within the same year.  I feel like I'm going to send some time in theatre-purgatory for that.

It made me realize how young the 19-22 year old set really is.  Especially the singer/dancer variety of 19-22 year olds.

I know how you feel there.  My last tour with Theatreworks (Seussical), the majority of that cast was in that age range, while I was celebrating a birthday that was a good few years past that age range.  It actually made me quite happy to no longer be part of that age demographic  :)

Im just now 22, and after spending a summer with about 30 19-22 year olds, I'm realizing, even I am older than the demographic. I'm bummed I'm technically still a part of it.

Let's see, some of these may not truly count as they are remounts/revisions/transfers of productions that occurred later.  I'm listing only the remounted productions that had a full rehearsal period (2 full weeks or more in rehearsal) and that were planned after the original production had closed.

THE TEMPEST (x2)

CHERRY ORCHARD (x2)

NOMATHEMBA (x2)

THE SONG OF JACOB ZULU (x2 - original production and about a year later a revised remount that went to Australia and then Broadway)

after the quake (x2 - original production that played at 2 regional theatres and a remount about 16 months later that played at 2 different regional theatres)

THE GRAPES OF WRATH (x3 - original Steppenwolf production; then a remount with major revisions 4 months later at the La Jolla Playhouse and the Royal National Theatre; then about 10 months later a slightly revised remount for Broadway)
