Since I didn't get any response on this one, I thought I would post the list I came up with in case anyone was interested.
Rules Of The Theatre
Calling Out
Sick days are for legitimate illness only.
Call out sick at least three hours prior to curtain.
All call outs should be made verbally to Stage Management. Leaving a message is not sufficient.
A doctor's note is required on your 2nd consecutive day of illness.
To protect the cast and understudies anyone calling out of the show will leave the theatre.
Pre Show
All cast members must be present and signed in by the scheduled call time.
Each cast member must sign themselves in. No signing in for a friend.
After 1/2 hour cast members must stay at the theatre.
Once the house is open, no cast members can be in areas designated for audience members.
Once the house is open, no vocal warm-ups are allowed on the deck.
Guests
No guests (including family members) are allowed backstage after 1/2 hour.
All backstage guests must be approved by Stage Management or Company Management.
No guests (including family members) are allowed backstage until 1/2 hour after a performance.
Dressing Room Etiquette
No food or open drinks are allowed in the dressing rooms.
No singing after 1/2 hour.
No music after 1/2 hour.
No smelly perfumes or colognes, however a good dose of deodorant is appreciated.
No garbage is to be left out. At the end of the evening clean up your station.
Wardrobe
You must hang up all your costumes and robe. This is solely your responsibility, even if someone else offers to do it.
No eating in costume.
No drinking (except water) in costume.
No smoking in costume.
Don't sit on the floor in costume.
Don't go outside in costume.
Don't put on anyone else's costume.
Always be respectful and patient with the local dressers.
Always wear clean undergarments for each show day.
Backstage
Show shoes are required when walking on the show deck.
No roller blades, skates or heelies are allowed in the theatre or backstage area.
Closed toe shoes are required in the theatre at all times. No flip-flops or sandels.
No running is allowed.
No rough housing, wrestling, pushing, hitting, spinning or name calling is allowed.
No hanging out in the wings. When you've finished your scene, clear out of the way.
No photography is allowed in the stage area.
No food or drinks (except water).
The wings must be kept quiet at all times (this is one of my pet peeves and I am very strict about this).
Do not touch, play with or climb on any props or set pieces.
Never give another actor a note. If you have a concern, bring it to Stage Management.
Never put any liquid container, including bottles, on any equipment backstage.
Audio
You should return your mic to the mic tree ASAP and certainly within 10 minutes from the curtain coming down.
We all must remain quiet and attentive during Sound Check.
