COSTUMES: Miss Saigon MakeUP

My school is doing Miss Saigon as an adapted play for the UIL:One Act Play and I was wanting tips for how to make our cast look Vietnamese.... does anyone have any suggestions?

That Far East look can be acheived through extending the eyeliner past the lid of the eye and tapering the line.  However, I personally think you should just go with natural makeup.

Agreed, there is a fine line between authenticity and being offensive with "ethnic" makeup.
