Hi,
does anyone have any advice for spiking outdoor repertory (3 shows usually)? In the past we have used spray paint but that fades in the sun in about 2 weeks.
Any help would be appreciated.

Only ASM's can perform. If you are the PSM of your show then your focus should be solely on that. Good luck!
