The Green Room / What People Think We Do

Hey All,
Currently working at Great River Shakespeare Festival in Winona, MN. The company has a video division that tries to put out a new video every week. This has been going on now for a couple years and I thought you may like to see some.

Inside the SM Studio Office
10 Questions ala James Lipton

If James Lipton were to ask me his usual 10 questions, this is how I’d answer.

1. What is your favorite word?
Shenanigans. As in, “I call Shenanigans!

2. What is your least favorite word?
Disappointed. As in, “I’m disappointed in you.”

3. What turns you on?
Someone with similar interests. Someone who gets just as excited as I do for the same reasons.

4. What turns you off?
People who pretend they know what they are talking about, but don’t really have a clue.

5. What sound do you love?
A busy Load-in or just before a meeting or rehearsal. There are so many ideas and inspirations floating around and a lot that can happen.

6. What sound do you hate?
Awkward silence. Hate. Negativity.

7. What is your favorite curse word?
F*ck. It has so many different uses with a little change in intonation.

8. What profession other than yours would you like to attempt?
Video Game Designer.

9. What profession would you not like to do?
Landscaping. Or any hard labor in the outdoors.

10. If heaven exists, what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the pearly gates?
“You’re mind swayed and changed, but you’re heart and soul never moved from the right place. That’s all that matters.”

Thought this might be interesting to get peoples answers to. I know it probably belongs more in introductions, but I thought instead of reviving long dead topics for some of us I'd just make a new topic.

What would you answer?!
