Introductions / NEO SM

Hi all!
I'm just starting out in the industry with only about 10 shows under my belt ranging from deck crew to ASM to SM. Currently Production SM of my second show at the Players Guild Theater in Northeast Ohio, one of the longest running community theaters in the US.
As my personal connections are limited (or too busy) I went looking to learn more and came across this site. I'm very excited to start navigating the resources available here. And can I say it is incredibly refreshing to see a forum where the posts are easy to read and understand!
Thanks to everyone who has put time and energy into this site for people like me!
