Theatre on an Island?
« on: May 18, 2017, 02:35 pm »
Hi there!

I am Eoghan Hartley, and I am the Production Stage Manager for Theatre Workshop of Nantucket, in Nantucket, MA. We are a small non-profit professional theatre on the beautiful island of Nantucket.

We do some pretty great theatre, but being on an island 30 miles out to sea can provide some interesting challenges.

Our season this year includes Barefoot in the Park, Fully Committed, Mamma Mia, Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, and The Sound of Music.

This is my first time creating an account for the site. Although I majored in Directing, my life has taken me on the path of Stage Management, and I love it!

So glad you decided to make an account. I'm not very familiar with the East Coast - so what are some of your "interesting" challenges?
