Behind.the.lights:
I've been using this site for about a year now and never even thought about joining it until now. I'm a junior in high school and though I am young, I've been involved in management for nearly 4 years and I take it very seriously. I'm always looking for ways to improve myself as a manager and am excited to join a community-based management site.

I'm a senior in high school, heading to college in the fall (have yet to be accepted to colleges -- interviews, y'know), just found this site, and just joined. It's been an interesting experience to read through so far....
