Greetings from a New York theater newbie!

Hello, everyone!  I'm new to this site, and to staging plays in general.  I'm jumping right in with both feet this year.  My short play was accepted into the NY Theater Festival 2019 Summerfest, so I've got to produce, direct and in general learn a heck of a lot!  That's why I'm so glad I stumbled upon this site.  Looks like the perfect gathering place for people with lots of technical knowledge eager to share..  Looking forward to learning from you all!  And maybe find a stage manager or light/sound person.  Greetings, and hope to engage with you all.

Congrats on getting your play accepted. Sounds like you've got some long hours ahead of you but hopefully very fulfilling.
